Astor Bannerman Christmas Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By entering the Astor Bannerman Christmas Elephant Gift Campaign Prize Draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Astor Bannerman Ltd, registered office at Astor Bannerman, The Elephant Works, Andoversford Link, Cheltenham, GL54 4LB.

2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Astor Bannerman, their immediate families, and anyone directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, participants must:

• Follow the instructions on the Astor the Elephant gift tag to complete the online entry form.
• Upload a photo of the elephant they found and include a short description of where they discovered it.

We would also love participants to share their photo on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #AstorChristmas and tag Astor Bannerman. While sharing on social media is not mandatory, it helps spread awareness of the campaign.

Entries must be submitted between 1st December 2024 and 17th December 2024.

4. Prize
The prize is £75 worth of John Lewis vouchers.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
The draw will take place on 18th December 2024.

6. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Astor Bannerman reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Dispatch
The vouchers will be sent to the winner on 18th December 2024 via email or post (as appropriate).

8. Publicity
By entering the prize draw, participants agree to their name, submitted photo, and location being used in promotional material relating to the campaign, should they win.

9. Data Protection
Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Astor Bannerman’s Privacy Policy and will only be used for the administration of this prize draw.

10. General
Astor Bannerman reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or its terms at any time without prior notice.
Astor Bannerman accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, or not received for any reason.
The decision of Astor Bannerman regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
