Dudmaston Hall: A Step Towards Inclusion
Dudmaston Hall in Shropshire is known for its beautiful landscapes, artwork, and history. To make it more accessible, the estate now includes a Changing Places toilet. These facilities are designed for people with severe disabilities who cannot use standard accessible toilets.
The installation features:
- Astor Invincible Changing Table: A robust and height-adjustable surface for safe and comfortable changing.
- Astor OT200 XY Hoist: A ceiling hoist system for easy transfers.
- ABW-CP Wash Basin: An adjustable sink for users and carers.
- Kwickscreen Privacy Screen: A flexible screen for added privacy.

Changing Places toilets are larger than standard accessible toilets and include specialist equipment. They allow individuals with complex needs and their carers to access places like Dudmaston Hall without stress or compromise. This installation ensures the estate is welcoming to everyone.
